Current Projects
Steroid resistance of airway ILC2s
Major Goals: The major goals are to: 1: Study the mechanism of TSLP-induced steroid resistance of human ILC2s, 2: Establish the biological relevance of TSLP-induced steroid resistance in a mouse model of chronic asthma and evaluate therapeutic interventions in vivo. 3: Study steroid resistance of airway ILC2s and T cells from asthmatic patients and assess therapeutic interventions in vitro.

ILC2 memory in asthma
Major Goals: The major goals are to 1: To study the induction of memory-driven asthma and memory ILCs by PAMPs 2: To elucidate the mechanism of formation of ILC memory; and 3: To examine the relevance of memory ILC2s for eosinophilic non-allergic asthma.
